Katie spent most of her youth on the East Coast of Canada, growing up in Nova Scotia. She later attended Saint Mary's University in Halifax, where she graduated with a BA in Criminology. From a young age, Katie’s inspirations came from painting, drawing, and fashion so after graduating, she quickly realized that her true calling was to head back to her artistic roots.

 

Her down to earth presence, keen sense of aestheticism, and understanding of the creative process make her a vital component to a successful shoot. Her make-up style reflects her artistic sensibility; from the most minimal look to a completely dramatic transformation, it is clear that Katie is a makeup artist who understands the entire spectrum of beauty, art and fashion.

 

Katie is currently based in Toronto, Canada.
